I spoke with Glenda love in the Billing Dept. about double Billing me,

I sometime recieved 3 Bills in one month, she could not justify Double Bills and sometimes 3 Bills in 1 month telling me that humans dont make mistakes.

she was very disrespectful , and unprofessional and did not represent there company well and send to be short tempered.

I will never do business with Cook Pest Control again. And I Also will tell my friends and neighbors about what happen on 2/12/2016
